Adely worked so hard to help me find the right home. Once we found the right one, she worked with contractors and the seller to get all of the fixes completed prior to my move in date. She listened to my concerns for areas and homes and let me see things for myself. She was Not pushy or overbearing. She was very patient with my crazy schedule. We listed our Avra Valley house with Adely Hunt and Amanda Zamudio earlier last summer, and they handled everything very well, were prompt, responsive, and gave good advice through the whole thing. We were building our new house at the time and were ridiculously busy, and relied on them for keeping us informed and our sale organized. Highly recommend.
